About

LEAP is a traveling children's literacy enrichment program built on multi-sensory techniques and creative play.  We aim to engage young children and build motivation and enthusiasm for learning in a creative environment using age-appropriate activities.

We offer customized literacy programs year-round, including seasonal LEAP  summer camps, weekly after-school classes, birthday parties, parent education, and professional development for teachers.

Not in the Houston area? Our blog provides literacy tips and ideas to use with your children.

Classes and Camps

We offer classes during the school year, school holiday camps, and summer camps.
School Classes
LEAP travels to area schools with our literacy enrichment lessons for weekly classes and/or in-school field trips. Age-appropriate lessons are prepared taking into account child development and they aim to encourage a love of literacy at each age. Traveling classes are offered for children 2 years through Pre-K and are separated by age.
Camps
LEAP organizes seasonal camps at different locations in the Houston-area. Students will enjoy books, songs, games, free play, sensory exploration, and phonological awareness activities. A keepsake art project will be created each day of camp.
Playgroups
LEAP loves to put together traveling classes for children 9 months thru 6 years old in the comfort of your own home. Perfect for play groups and school friends, the classes are created around seasonal themes with age-appropriate activities in mind.

Birthday Parties

LEAP also offers themed birthday parties!
